SKINNY vs. FIT
I absolutely love this! If you are envious of that skinny girl...keep in mind that she may be skinny, but that doesn't necessarily mean that she is healthy and FIT! If you want to be FIT and toned, you have to build muscles....to build muscles, you have to lift weights. Like my girl Jamie Eason said, "You can't tone what you don't have! If you're afraid to build muscle, then I'm afraid you will always be chasing what you'll never have. Being thinner does not equal being toned."
